Front Office Executive

Manage front desk operations, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors and clients.

Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism, providing accurate information and assistance as needed.

Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events, optimizing the use of office resources and time.

Maintain and update office records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field is preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front office or customer service role, ideally within a corporate environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to create reports and presentations.

Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a significant advantage in a multicultural setting.
