Renewals Operations Executive

Job Summary

The Renewals Operations Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end renewal process for client trade licenses, establishment cards, visas, immigration cards, and other government-related services.

The role requires close coordination with clients, internal departments, and UAE government authorities to ensure all renewals are completed accurately and on time while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete renewal lifecycle for trade licenses, visas, establishment cards, immigration files, and related government documents.
• Monitor renewal due dates and proactively contact clients well before expiry.
• Coordinate with Sales, Relationship Managers, Finance, and Government Relations (PRO) teams to ensure timely processing.
• Verify client documentation and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
• Prepare and submit renewal applications through relevant government portals and free zone authorities.
• Track application progress and provide regular updates to clients.
• Follow up on pending documents, approvals, and payments.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and internal systems.
• Resolve renewal-related issues by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure all renewal activities comply with company policies and UAE government regulations.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Prepare periodic reports on renewal status, pending cases, and completion rates.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.1–3 years of experience in the UAE business setup, corporate services, or company formation industry.
• Strong understanding of UAE mainland, free zone, and immigration renewal procedures.
• Experience handling government portals and renewal documentation.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and client relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to manage multiple renewals simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
