Kintetsu World Express (Middle East) DWC LLC is looking for a dedicated and motivated Operations Executive – Import Department to join our Freight team in Dubai South.🚢

Key Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for managing the smooth, compliant, and cost-effective movement of inbound shipments by air and sea, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, shipping lines, airlines, local agents, and the KWE Network.
• Your key responsibilities will include:✅ Managing Air & Sea Import operations and ensuring timely shipment processing✅ Maintaining and updating shipment files and documentation✅ Ensuring proper filing of import documents for audit verification✅ Coordinating with airlines, shipping lines, truckers, KWE network, and customers✅ Coordinating the collection of original documents✅ Ensuring timely cargo collection and delivery coordination✅ Ensuring timely billing and client updates✅ Supporting internal and external clients to meet business requirements✅ Prioritizing operational tasks and ensuring efficient execution✅ Performing other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager🎯 What We're Looking For🔹 University degree preferred, ideally in Freight, Business, Logistics, or a related field🔹 Minimum 3 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry, specifically within an Air & Sea Import Department🔹 Strong communication and coordination skills🔹 Customer-focused and service-oriented approach🔹 Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders🔹 Strong initiative, adaptability, resilience, and reliability🔹 Good negotiation and relationship-building skills🔹 Strong industry awareness and computer skills🔹 Self-disciplined, resourceful, and dependable🌟 Why Join Us?
