Trade Operations Executive (3–4 Years Experience)

Experience:3–4 years in Forex/CFD Brokerage Trade Operations, or MT5 Administration & Bridges.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Trade Operations Executive to support the daily trading operations of our brokerage. The ideal candidate will monitor trading activities, manage trading platforms, coordinate with liquidity providers, and ensure smooth execution, risk management, and client support.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor MT4/MT5 trading platforms and ensure uninterrupted trading operations.
• Configure and maintain symbols, spreads, commissions, swaps, leverage, and trading sessions.
• Monitor order execution, slippage, rejections, and bridge connectivity.
• Coordinate with Liquidity Providers (LPs), bridge vendors, and platform providers to resolve execution issues.
• Perform daily trade reconciliation, exposure monitoring, and P&L reporting.
• Investigate client trade disputes and execution-related queries.
• Monitor A-Book/B-Book routing and execution quality.
• Configure trading groups, account permissions, and risk parameters.
• Support platform migrations, new product launches, and system testing.
• Generate daily operational and risk reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Risk, IT, CRM, and Customer Support teams to resolve operational issues.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of MT5 Manager & Administrator.
• Understanding of Forex, Metals, Indices, Commodities, Crypto, and CFDs.
• Experience with bridge technologies such as Centroid, PrimeXM, FXCubic, or similar.
• Knowledge of liquidity management, order routing, STP/A-Book/B-Book execution.
• Familiarity with spreads, swaps, leverage, margin calculations, and execution models.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI tools are an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with FIX Protocol is an advantage.
• Knowledge of risk management systems and trading infrastructure is preferred.
