Key Responsibilities

• ⁠ ⁠Generate and manage leads for residential and commercial sales and leasing.
• ⁠ ⁠Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• ⁠ ⁠Conduct property viewings and provide professional property consultations.
• ⁠ ⁠Negotiate offers and successfully close property transactions.
• ⁠ ⁠Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and new project launches.
• ⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate records and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process.
• ⁠ ⁠Work collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and company goals.

What We're Looking For

• ⁠ ⁠Previous experience in real estate and sales
• ⁠ ⁠Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• ⁠ ⁠Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven.
• ⁠ ⁠Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently.
• ⁠ ⁠Passion for building long-term client relationships.
• ⁠ ⁠UAE driving licence and own vehicle are preferred.
• ⁠ ⁠Candidates must currently hold a valid UAE residence visa. Company visa sponsorship may be considered for high-performing agents based on performance.
• ⁠ ⁠As this is a commission-only role, candidates should be financially prepared to support themselves during the initial 3–6 months while building their client base and pipeline.
