What You'll Do

• Lead food production for high-end catered events ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale functions.
• Execute off-site catering events from prep through service with precision and urgency.
• Work alongside the Executive Chef to maintain exceptional food quality and consistency.
• Supervise kitchen staff, delegate responsibilities, and keep production on schedule.
• Prepare and execute menus featuring a wide variety of cuisines, including American, Mexican, Italian, Mediterranean, Asian, and contemporary dishes.
• Manage inventory, production timelines, and event logistics.
• Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met.
• Be a leader who sets the pace and raises the standard every day.
• What We re Looking For5+ years of professional kitchen experience, with significant catering and off-site event production.
• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Lead Line Chef ready to take the next step.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• Experience producing high-volume events while maintaining fine attention to detail.
• Strong knife skills and a solid understanding of multiple cuisines and cooking techniques.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when events require.
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds and working long shifts.
