Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager

The Grove Wine Bar & Kitchen is a well recognized, locally owned restaurant group.

Qualified candidates will have/be: - 2-3+ years of stable work history in a kitchen management position. - Bilingual - proficient with Italian/Mediterranean/American cuisine and be abreast of current trends - flexible with work schedule- passionate about providing a great customer experience - a love of, and active interest in food and wine

Responsibilities will include

• ordering food/supplies- inventory management - scheduling - training/quality/consistency - must be a hands on manager - the ability to work cooperatively with FOH & BOH management and owners - basic computer skills(mostly excel) - managing a kitchen staff of 25+ people - having a professional and calm demeanor under stress - Reporting directly to Chef & General Manager on a daily basis
