Help Build Colorado’s Next Premier Residential Electrical Service Division
Elemental Commercial Services is seeking an ambitious, customer-focused Residential Service & Growth Manager to help expand and scale our growing residential electrical services business.
This is not a traditional service manager role.
We are looking for a builder—someone who enjoys creating relationships, generating revenue, solving customer problems, and helping grow a service business. The successful candidate will leverage Elemental’s existing customer base, marketing investments, technology platforms, and operational infrastructure while bringing their own network and customer relationships to accelerate growth.
This role offers a unique opportunity to join an established company while helping build a scalable residential service division with significant long-term growth potential.
About Elemental Commercial Services
Elemental Commercial Services is an established Colorado electrical contractor serving commercial and residential customers throughout the Denver Metro Area.

Our objective is to build a best-in-class residential service organization focused on exceptional customer experience, recurring revenue, operational excellence, and long-term customer relationships.
The Residential Service & Growth Manager will be responsible for growing residential service revenue, developing customer relationships, supporting service operations, driving recurring revenue initiatives, and helping establish the systems and processes necessary to scale the division.
This position is ideal for a licensed Residential Wireman who enjoys working directly with customers, building referral networks, developing business opportunities, and helping grow a company.
Schedule Requirements
Residential service demand is highest during evenings and weekends.
Required Days
A flexible workweek will be structured around these required operating days.
Schedule will be designed to maximize customer responsiveness while maintaining work-life flexibility.

What We’re Looking For

Compensation Package
Base Salary
$65,000–$80,000
Based on experience, licensing, leadership ability, and demonstrated growth potential.
Performance Incentive Program
New Revenue Growth Bonus
Earn a percentage of residential service revenue generated from personally developed customer relationships and referral sources.
Membership Growth Bonus
Bonuses paid upon achieving recurring customer membership milestones.
Quarterly Growth Bonus
Customer Experience Bonus
