Iyla's Southern Kitchen is growing, and we're looking for 2-3 passionate Line Cooks to join us at Iyla's Southern Kitchen inside Morgan Street Food Hall in Raleigh. We're a vibrant Southern kitchen bringing authentic, flavorful dishes to the Raleigh food scene. Our crew is close-knit and collaborative - we work hard, have fun, and take pride in what we serve. We're excited to expand our team and keep that energy going strong.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items with attention to quality and consistency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen station
• Work collaboratively with the team during service
• Follow recipes and plating standards
• Help support the overall kitchen operations and team success

What We're Looking For

• Enthusiasm for cooking and learning
• Ability to work Thursday-Sunday (required)
• Team player mentality
• Reliable and punctual
• Kitchen experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person

What We Offer

$13-15/hr + tip share. Both full-time and part-time positions available.
