Inbound Call Center Assistant

We're hiring friendly, quick-thinking Inbound Call Center Assistants for our downtown Columbus, Ohio office. If you're the person your friends call when they need something sorted out, this customer service role was made for you. No cold calling, no sales pressure — every call comes to you, from real customers who need real help.

Full-time and part-time schedules are available, with a minimum commitment of 4 days per week.

What You'll Do as an Inbound Call Center Assistant

• Answer inbound customer calls with warmth, patience, and a genuine can-do attitude
• Resolve questions, orders, and account issues accurately and efficiently — first call, first fix
• Keep customer records clean and up to date in our easy-to-use CRM system
• Collaborate with a supportive, high-energy team that celebrates wins together
• Turn every conversation into a five-star experience — because great service is our whole thing

What We're Looking For in Our Next Call Center Assistant

• Availability to work a minimum of 4 days per week
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated — you show up ready to help
• A clear, friendly phone voice and strong communication skills
• Comfortable navigating computer systems while chatting with customers (basic typing and multitasking skills)
• Cool under pressure — busy call queues don't rattle you
• Previous call center, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train you
