Call Center Representative - ON SITE (Pittsburgh, PA)

Position Overview

Blink Health is the fastest growing healthcare technology company dedicated to making prescriptions accessible and affordable. As part of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, providing exceptional patient care, and supporting pharma programs by accurately triaging inquiries from patients, doctors, and insurers.

This role is based on-site at 5 Penn Center Blvd, Robinson Township, Pittsburgh, PA with flexible scheduling, including rotating shifts and varied hours to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive inbound phone calls and resolve routine and new issues with patients, doctors, and insurers
• Provide patient care to support pharma programs and triage inquiries to appropriate teams
• Strive to meet and exceed structured performance targets
• Document all call information and data discoveries according to operating procedures
• Utilize Knowledge Base materials for resolving inquiries
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and proprietary information
• Develop a working knowledge of company security and privacy practices
• Participate in continued education on product changes, new features, and product launches
• Provide feedback to improve the patient experience, product, and processes

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• Customer service or inbound call center experience required
• Healthcare, pharmacy, or relevant industry experience strongly preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focus
• A passion for providing top-notch patient care
• Ability to work collaboratively with peers and cross-functional teams
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex new software
