Jr. Sous Chef

F&F is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Jr. Sous Chef to join our team.

This active role will assist in overseeing kitchen operations while upholding company standards and product consistency. You will focus on maintaining high food quality while collaborating with the management team to implement and uphold operational procedures for efficient production.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in overseeing daily kitchen production, staff training, service execution, quality control, inventory, and scheduling in conjunction with the Kitchen Manager
• Actively work the line and assist with expediting in during service
• Communicate and problem solve proactively with in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible for assisting in maintaining Department of Health standards, implementing FIFO systems, inventory, and ensuring cleanliness and food safety.
