Finance Director

This is a senior finance leadership opportunity for an experienced professional to lead financial reporting, controlling, and tax functions while driving strong governance, compliance, and strategic financial decision-making within a complex organisation. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: Lead financial reporting and consolidation activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial information in line with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Oversee financial controls, governance frameworks, and reporting processes to strengthen transparency and financial discipline. Manage external audit processes, coordinating with auditors and ensuring successful completion of audit requirements. Provide strategic oversight on tax planning, compliance, and financial risk management while supporting business objectives.

Drive improvements across finance processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and decision-making. Lead and develop finance teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

Professional qualification such as CA, ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred. 12+ years of experience across financial reporting, accounting, financial controls, and tax management. Strong expertise in IFRS, financial consolidation, and regulatory reporting requirements. Experience leading finance functions within complex organisations or large-scale environments.
