Key Responsibilities

Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis processes.

Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, audits, and statutory compliance.

Ensure adherence to IFRS, regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards.

Advise senior management on financial strategy, investments, risk management, and cost optimization.

Design, implement, and monitor strong financial controls and policies.

Support strategic initiatives, business expansion, and process improvement projects.

Candidate Profile / Requirements

Minimum 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, ideally within professional services or similar sectors.

Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.

Strong expertise in IFRS, financial reporting, and compliance.

Strategic, analytical mindset with the ability to translate financial data into business insights.

Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
