Procurement Assistant- Fit out

Assist in sourcing and procuring materials, finishes, and FF&E specifically for interior fit-out projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.

Obtain and compare quotations from multiple suppliers for construction materials and services, meticulously documenting findings for management review.

Process purchase orders and requisitions accurately, tracking orders from placement to delivery to the project site and resolving any discrepancies.

Maintain and update a comprehensive database of approved suppliers, price lists, and material samples relevant to fit-out projects. Possess a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.

Ideally possess 2-4 years of experience in procurement, with a strong focus on construction or interior fit-out projects.

Proficiency in using procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Familiarity with construction material types, building codes, and the procurement lifecycle within the construction industry.
