Parts Purchaser

Source and procure high-quality parts from approved vendors, ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery to meet production schedules.

Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers to optimize cost savings and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Maintain accurate inventory levels by forecasting demand, monitoring stock, and implementing replenishment strategies to prevent stockouts and minimize excess.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to understand technical specifications and ensure the procurement of compliant and suitable parts. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in parts procurement, preferably within the automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing industries.

Proficiency in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software.

Strong negotiation and contract management skills with a track record of achieving cost reductions.
