To accelerate our market presence, we are immediately hiring field-tested, elite Medical Sales Representatives to onboard founding members across all seven regions of the UAE: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, and Al Fujairah. The Opportunity & Career Path We are looking for long-term partners who want to dominate the healthcare tech space.

Key Responsibilities Market Penetration

• Hunt, pitch, and secure subscription commitments from premium clinics and Tier-1 medical suppliers across your designated regions.
• B2B Relationship Management: Leverage your professional network to bypass gatekeepers and engage directly with procurement heads, clinic managers, and supplier directors.
• Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire pipeline from cold outreach and platform demonstrations to contract execution and payment verification.
• Regional Outreach: Travel to client sites across various emirates to conduct high-impact, in-person presentations and secure platform partnerships.

Requirements

• Location & Visa: You must currently reside in the UAE and possess a valid, ongoing residency visa (Spouse, Employment, or Golden Visa). Experience: Minimum 2 years of solid medical sales experience in the UAE market (active in the local market starting from at least 2024/2025). Rich Professional Network: You must bring a pre-existing, robust network of established contacts within UAE medical clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, or healthcare suppliers.
• Mobility: Ability to work autonomously with the flexibility and mobility to cover client sites across different emirates as needed.

Skills

• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Professional fluency in English is mandatory;
• Arabic is a major advantage.
