Receptionist (Female)

We’re Hiring: Medical Receptionist | Ajman

Al Mubarak Medical Center is looking for an experienced and well-organized Medical Receptionist to join our team in Ajman.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience working in a medical clinic in Ajman and strong practical knowledge of UAE medical insurance procedures.

Key Requirements

✅ Minimum 2 years of clinic receptionist experience in Ajman

✅ Experience with insurance eligibility verification and pre-approvals

✅ Knowledge of claims submission, resubmission, rejection handling, and follow-up

✅ Familiarity with insurance portals and clinic management systems

✅ Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills

✅ Ability to manage appointments, patient registration, calls, records, and front-desk operations

✅ Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will manage patient reception, appointments, registrations, insurance approvals, claim-related documentation, billing coordination, enquiries, and general front-desk administration.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
