About Us

Next Care Medical Center is looking for a professional and customer-focused Arabic Speaking Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and will ensure a welcoming and efficient experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Manage patient appointments, registrations, and check-ins.
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and patient inquiries.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and the call center to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Handle patient payments and issue invoices/receipts.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the clinic management system.
• Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve patient concerns professionally.

Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or customer service representative (medical center experience is preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn clinic software.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Experience in a medical center, dental clinic, or aesthetic clinic.
• Knowledge of insurance and patient registration procedures.
