Customer Service Officer - Contract

The Company

Our client a well-known sizeable organization is seeking a passionate Customer Service Officer to join their growing Hotline department. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting and strengthening the quality of customer inquiries and handle different compliant cases

The Role

• Handle inbound customer calls regarding to provide high-quality customer service, addressing enquiries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain updated records.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
• Adhere to compliance requirements and always company standards.

Your Profile

• Significant experience in 2 to 4 years with proven experience in customer service, call centre in commercial. banking, FS or Insurance sectors
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese, Mandarin
