Role Mission

To provide efficient and accurate support to the Conveyancing team in handling a diverse portfolio of property transactions, ensuring smooth workflow, timely completion of matters, and excellent client service.

Role Summary

The Conveyancing Clerk / Conveyancing Paralegal will work as part of a sizeable and experienced Conveyancing team of 30 members.

This role involves handling both project conveyancing work for property developers and conveyancing matters for private and corporate clients, making it an excellent opportunity for a candidate with solid conveyancing experience and strong file management skills.

Job Description

Handle all aspects of conveyancing matters, including preparation and follow-up of documents.

Assist with project conveyancing work for property developers as well as conveyancing matters for private and corporate clients.

Support sales and purchase transactions, mortgage-related matters, and post-completion work.

Liaise with clients, solicitors, banks, developers, government departments, and other relevant parties.

Conduct searches, stamping, registration, and related conveyancing procedures.

Maintain proper filing, record keeping, and case status updates.

Support the Conveyancing team with ad hoc tasks as required.

Ensure all matters are handled accurately, efficiently, and within deadlines.

Ideal Candidate

Over 5 years of solid conveyancing experience.

Able to handle conveyancing files independently with minimal supervision.

Good command of English, Chinese & Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus

Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and confidentiality.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Team player with a proactive and professional working attitude.
