Head of Marketing (Corporate solutions)

Our client is looking for a team leader to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive marketing strategy across assigned business segments, ensuring priorities are aligned with overall commercial objectives.
• Lead and coach the marketing team to deliver effective go-to-market initiatives and high-impact campaign execution.
• Plan and oversee a range of marketing programs and field activities, including industry events, seminars, product showcases, partner engagement initiatives and launch activities.
• Generate qualified demand through marketing initiatives, turning market feedback and campaign insights into practical action plans that support business growth.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness, evaluate performance metrics and refine future initiatives based on data and results.
• Manage marketing budgets, prepare forecasts and provide regular performance updates to senior stakeholders.
• Oversee the development of sector-specific marketing materials, including presentations, collateral and digital content.
• Ensure brand positioning and messaging remain clear, consistent and relevant across all channels and customer touchpoints.
• Partner closely with sales, product and other internal stakeholders to align target priorities, messaging and integrated campaign delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Around 8 to 12 years or above of marketing experience, ideally gained in channel marketing, technology, telecommunications or related sectors.
• Proven track record in building and executing marketing strategies that support lead generation and commercial performance.
• Strong experience in event-driven and field marketing, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives within tight timelines.
• Solid understanding of marketing analytics, campaign measurement and budget management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
• Commercially minded, data-driven and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate availability will be an advantage.
