To further strengthen its market presence, the company is seeking a seasoned Marketing Director to lead its marketing vision and drive impactful strategies. Candidates with prior experience in a marketing agency background are essential for this role.

Your Role

As Marketing Director, you will be entrusted with shaping the brand’s image, spearheading customer engagement initiatives, and ensuring seamless execution of marketing programmes across both traditional and digital platforms.

Your Role by Points

• Marketing Strategy: Develop and lead comprehensive marketing and PR strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Programme Execution: Oversee campaigns across digital channels, including website, e-shop, and social media, while managing photography, content updates, and vendor coordination.
• Customer & VIP Engagement: Design and implement VIP recruitment and retention programmes, manage CRM systems, and enhance customer life cycle activities.
• Brand Positioning: Define and elevate the brand’s positioning, contribute to product design discussions, and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Budget Oversight: Prepare and monitor annual budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.
• Internal Controls: Safeguard company assets by maintaining strong internal control systems and conducting risk assessments.
• Event Leadership: Direct multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality events and special projects from concept to completion.

What you’ll need to succeed

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related disciplines.
• At least 10 years of senior-level marketing experience, ideally within watches, jewellery, retail, or luxury sectors.
• Proven background in a marketing agency environment.
• Strong strategic thinking with expertise in brand positioning and customer engagement.
• Hands-on experience in both online and offline marketing execution, with excellent project management skills.
• Deep understanding of market trends and strong industry networks.
• Exceptional communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
