Branch Sales - Personal Banking Manager / Relationship Manager

Currently, ICBC (Asia) has 52 retail outlets (including 27 “Elite Club” Wealth Management Centres) in Hong Kong.

It is engaged in commercial banking, investment banking and other financial services, including those of securities, insurance and funds, with a focus on commercial and retail banking as well as global market business.

Chinese Mercantile Bank and ICBC Asset Management (Global) Company Limited, two wholly-owned subsidiaries of ICBC (Asia), specialize in Renminbi services in mainland China and ICBC’s global asset management business respectively.

Responsibilities

Achieve business goals through proactive business solicitation and relationship building with customers

Introduce and demonstrate retail banking products and services to customers

Address customer needs by providing quality customer service and financial advice to customers

Ensure the selling processes are in compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree holder or above in any discipline

Minimum 3 years of branch sales experience in banking industry

Qualifications of HKSI and IIQE is a must

Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese

Candidate have less experiences in branch network will be considered as junior sales role.
