Role Purpose

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and pursuing sizable tender and project opportunities to drive business growth and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

A typical day in the Role

Drive new business growth through the identification and pursuit of tender and project opportunities across Government departments and large organizations

Identify potential prospects and prepare quotation documents for submission

Manage and monitor the full lifecycle of project progress

Handle daily operations and ad hoc inquiries from internal and external parties

Plan and update payment schedules to ensure timely execution

Ensure compliance with all project requirements and standards

Support ad hoc sales programs as assigned by the team head

Success will depend on

Form 5 / DSE or equivalent qualification

Minimum 3 years’ related experience in sales & tender pursuit

Experience in tender submissions to Government departments and large organizations is an advantage

Strong presentation skills and ability to prepare compelling proposals for customers

A proactive team player with passion and commitment to achieving targets

Demonstrate a customer‑centric mindset, collaborative ways of working, and a scientific, data‑driven approach

Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Good command of written and spoken English and Chines

Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with business management software is an advantage
