Global Tender Manager

YOUR ROLE

To manage tender opportunities within the Regional Tender Management Organization. To grow CEVA’s FM business through the agreed Tender Management process covering the FM Air & Ocean Freight portfolio by collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Has the overall responsibility to deliver a correct, complete and timely submission of assigned tenders.
• In-depth understanding of CEVA’s businesses and strategic direction.
• Works closely with various stakeholders regarding strategic responses of the respective tenders.
• Works closely with various stakeholders regarding pricing.
• Supports optimization of various processes.
• Conducts reviews with various stakeholders.
• Stays updated on general developments within GTM
• Performs other duties as assigned.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• University degree or above
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding Industry
• With experience in Freight forwarding pricing and tender management will be advantaged
• Proficiency in MS office applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Open-minded
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to articulate the views and requirements of both external and internal parties and come to a common agreement
