The company based in Farringdon, London provides On-Premise & hosted IT services to a growing UK customer base.

With the focus firmly on business growth and solid IT infrastructure foundation, this role allows you to make an immediate impact by becoming a trusted engineer, architect and advisor to our existing client base. You will use your technical expertise and business acumen to ensure our high-value customers are able to grow their business by leveraging the full scope of our portfolio.

You will possess 5 plus years of solid in-depth desktop, server, storage, virtualisation, VOIP and networking knowledge; along with solution architecting and IT infrastructure delivery experience.2nd/3rd line IT Support Engineer

Required Skills

• Immediate availability, excellent written and verbal communication skills is essential as this is a client facing role.- A strong technical background and sales/customer orientation- 5+ years’ hands-on experience in technical design & implementation of servers (any), storage(any), - Microsoft Server, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Citrix, VMware, Fortinet firewalls, - Unified Communications, LAN/WAN/Networking/Internet, Systems & Data Monitoring & Management.- Demonstrable Certifications in at least three of the above technologies- Demonstrable Project Management skills- A process driven leader, analytical in troubleshooting, well organised with an inquisitive mind-set- Strong understanding of development of mobile and cloud offerings and their potential in solving business issues or delivering business benefits- Applies understanding of customer commercial context and business requirements in designing and proposing solutions- Communicate solution in context of business goals, financial and reputational benefits- Role based at our London Office with travel to our customers mostly based in the South East.
