We're looking for an ambitious, outgoing, and professional individual who wants to build a career in sales, hospitality, and event production.

This is an unpaid internship/volunteer position designed to provide real-world experience, mentorship, and professional development, with the opportunity to transition into a paid part-time or full-time Sales & Client Experience Specialistbased on performance, commitment, and business needs.

In-Office Schedule

This is an in-office position where you'll work closely with our team and receive hands-on mentorship.

Regular attendance is essential, as you'll participate in client consultations, sales meetings, training sessions, and day-to-day operations while developing your skills in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

• Respond to wedding and corporate event inquiries.
• Build relationships with prospective clients.
• Schedule and conduct discovery calls.
• Assist with client consultations and studio appointments.
• Recommend entertainment and photo booth experiences based on each client's vision.
• Follow up with leads and maintain our CRM.
• Prepare proposals and quotations.
• Provide exceptional hospitality throughout the client journey.
• Work alongside our creative and event production teams.
• Represent Bix Co. with professionalism, enthusiasm, and confidence.
