Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable SpecialistPosition Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist to support the day-to-day accounting operations of our commercial real estate portfolio. This role is responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, processing payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and partnering with property management teams to ensure efficient accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable using Yardi.
• Process vendor invoices, tenant payments, owner distributions, commissions, and manual checks.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and communicate with tenants and vendors regarding payments and Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
• Process water submeter billings through third-party providers.
• File annual reports and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Collaborate with Property Managers, Lease Administrators, and Leasing Agents to support daily operations.
• Perform daily mail duties, order office supplies, and assist with additional administrative and accounting tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial real estate accounting experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment.

Pay: $25.34 - $28.00 per hour
