Accounting A/P Specialist

Join our dynamic accounting team as an Accounting Specialist focusing on Accounts Payable. Responsibilities

• Create, input, code and process for payment vendor invoices (high volume coding)
• Input and process manual payments
• Create, update and maintain vendor information
• Running reports as required
• Reporting on scheduled financial data as requested
• Ensure compliance of internal policies, procedures, and controls
• Working closely with executive team & team leaders
• Ad-hoc duties and reporting as required

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience (A/P coding)
• ERP accounting software experience preferred (i.e. MS Dynamics, Oracle, etc)
• Proficient in Excel – as well as proficient in Microsoft Office
• Accurate and proficient with computer keyboard and 10-key
• Clear and Professional Communication; both written and verbal
• Self-motivated, task oriented & deadline driven
• Excellent customers service skills communicating with various vendors and clients
• Attention to detail while managing multiple assignments

Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Compensation

$57,500.00 - $61,000 per year + excellent benefits package
