Business Development Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and developing strong, long‑term client relationships. The role focuses on expanding the company’s market presence through strategic planning, market analysis, and effective commercial engagement.

This position works closely with internal teams to support proposal development, contract negotiations, and successful project acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Contribute to business development strategies that support sustainable growth.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
• Participate in contract negotiations and manage client discussions.
• Conduct market research to assess trends, competition, and emerging opportunities.
• Identify relevant tenders and coordinate bid submissions with internal teams.
• Ensure timely, compliant, and competitive proposal and tender submissions.
• Serve as a key point of contact for assigned accounts and support long‑term client satisfaction.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and updates for management review.
• Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.6+ years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management within Oman.
• Proven ability to secure new business and support revenue growth.
• Experience in tendering, proposal development, contracts, and commercial negotiations.

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; CRM experience is an advantage.

Valid Omani driving license (mandatory).
