• In This Experienced Business Support Field Sales Position
• Under supervision support field sales plans and processes to achieve revenue growth, enhance customer retention and acquisition, and increase lead conversion for a defined geographic region, product line or market segment
• Comply with established procedures to implement field sales activities for increased and profitable sales on new and existing accounts
• Classify basic information for sales presentations, bids, etc., provide product/ service information and follow up on quotes to close business with the prospect
• Follow up with relevant local management to coordinate customer requests and products/ services that are being promoted
• Assist in reporting inside sales, and provide information on competitors and suppliers to product management
• Comply with established procedures, instructions and processes without making changes to thembusiness Development
• Identify and acquire new customers through prospecting, networking, and market research.

Generate and qualify sales leads to build a strong sales pipeline.

Conduct customer visits, presentations, and solution-selling discussions.

Achieve agreed revenue, volume, and gross profit targets.

Account ManagementMaintain and develop relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Understand customer business needs and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Conduct regular business reviews with assigned customers.
