We are looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist to join a collaborative Workplace Technology team supporting a fast-paced multinational environment. This is a role where you will play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day technology operations for end users across the office and regional locations.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support, managing end-user devices, troubleshooting infrastructure-related issues, and partnering closely with internal technology teams, facilities, and vendors to maintain a seamless workplace technology experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on support work, thrives in a people-facing environment, and has strong experience supporting modern workplace technologies across both Windows and macOS ecosystems.

Responsibilities Provide onsite Level 2 technical support across hardware, software, networking, and end-user environments

Support onboarding and offboarding activities including laptop setup, deployment, imaging, and decommissioning

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to laptops, printers, meeting room technologies, connectivity, and mobile devices

Manage and prioritize incidents and service requests through ServiceNow while ensuring SLA adherence

Support Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Intune, Jamf, SCCM, and endpoint management activities

Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and support procurement, asset tagging, and device lifecycle management

Collaborate with infrastructure teams, facilities, and external vendors to resolve site-impacting issues

Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with users across regional offices

Contribute to process improvements and workplace technology initiatives What We’re Looking For A proactive and customer-focused support professional
