This role offers exposure to the full mining value chain, working alongside experienced executives in a business with an annual turnover exceeding R102 million . As the Junior Financial Manager , you will oversee the financial management of four entities , ensuring accurate financial reporting, treasury management, group consolidations and inventory analysis.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.

Manage treasury, cash flow and working capital requirements. Perform group consolidations across four entities. Conduct detailed inventory analysis and stock reconciliations. Prepare budgets, forecasts and variance analysis. Ensure IFRS compliance and statutory reporting. Support annual audits and liaise with external auditors. Drive financial controls, governance and process improvements.

Partner with operational teams to improve profitability and financial performance. Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: CA(SA) qualification (Non-negotiable). Experience: Minimum 8 years' post-articles finance experience . Proven experience within the coal mining industry . Strong background in financial reporting, treasury and group consolidations. Experience managing multiple legal entities.

Exposure to inventory analysis within a mining environment. Skills & Systems: Sage Microsoft Dynamics 365 Advanced Microsoft Excel Financial Reporting Treasury Management Group Consolidations Budgeting & Forecasting Inventory Analysis Cash Flow Management IFRS Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills. Non-Negotiables: CA(SA). Minimum 8 years' finance experience. Coal mining industry experience.

Sage and Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience. Financial reporting, treasury, group consolidations and inventory analysis expertise. Apply now!
