Senior SAP SD Functional Consultant, Gauteng, R1.5m pa

Introduction

Super cool opportunity for a highly skilled SAP SD Consultant to join a global team supporting 18 different countries working on their Wholesale Integration Template SAP based application. Its main function is to perform sales and aftersales functions.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Understand the business requirements, preparing AS-IS, and TO-BE documents and get sign-off from users for functional and/or technical design document(s).
• Proactively propose solutions to improve the support of (new) business processes.
• ABAP debugging beneficial (Workbench related knowledge of new development/enhancements)
• Setting up the organization structure for Sales & Distribution processes and perform all relevant configuration, including Materials Management where integration requires this.
• Preparation of testing documents and perform internal testing
• Preparation of Sales & Distribution templates for various objects e.g., sales orders.
• Integration testing with other modules
• Understand interfaces, IDOC and RFC's processing
• Preparing the cut over strategy for SD objects
• Preparing User manuals and conducting training to business process owners
• Go-live preparation and post Go-live support

Desired Experience & Qualification

• SAP SD Certification
• SAP S/4 HANA Certification Relevant IT / Business Degree
• 8 years’ SAP SD experience
• Previous experience with S4HANA projects
• Experience in Agile Methodology
• Experience in using Agile Tools such as Confluence and JIRA Experience in using Test Tools such as HP ALM and JIRA (X-Ray)

Package & Remuneration

R100k to R125k pm
