SAP FUNCTIONAL IT EXPERT - Group ICT Sales, Logistics & Purchasing

Introduction

The Group ICT sales, logistics & purchasing SAP analyst is a key player in the application team and will focus on delivering SAP solutions within the sales, logistics & purchasing domain.

He/she will deliver third line support to key-users, deliver improvements and projects in the SAP sales, logistics and purchasing modules. This includes set-up of EDI with customers and third party logistics providers.

The Group ICT sales, logistics & purchasing SAP analyst will work closely together with the BE team of sales, logistics & purchasing application analysts. He/she operates under the functional authority of the group ICT sales, logistics & purchasing domain lead

2. Key Result Areas

• Grow to become an expert in your specialized domain and implement standard SAP best practices to its maximum extent
• Deliver small improvements ( changes) in your SAP domain
• Participate in ICT projects
• Advise BE colleagues on SAP customizing solutions during blueprint
• Customizing & unit testing
• Deliver specifications & testing of development
• Issue solving during User acceptance testing
• Deliver support after go live
• Provide third line operational support to key-users

3. Profile

Expected knowledge

• Good knowledge of EDI set-up – IDOC set-up & processing
• Good knowledge in sales ( SD), logistics( LE) and purchasing (MM) modules of SAP, including configuration
• Experience with S/4 is a plus

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in SAP as an analyst

Education (diploma)

• Bachelors degree

• English : Full Professional Proficiency
