• 5+ years proven experience in SAP support or SAP application support.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, HR, or PM.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills worthy of a Galactic Hero.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical crew members.
• A proactive attitude and a passion for delivering out-of-this-world user support.
• SAP Certification(s)
• Degree in Information Systems or Information Technology or Equivalent
