Digital Growth Manager

About the Role

The D2C Digital Growth Manager holds full commercial accountability for website, P&L ownership across revenue, margin and growth, combined with hands-on execution across digital marketing, SEO, CRO and platform performance. This role provides direct ownership of the channel's growth strategy and the ability to execute it, including areas - SEO and CRO/web operations and offline growth opportunities as well.

Key responsibilities

• Hold full P&L accountability for D2C channel and website - revenue, margin, cost, and forecasting Own the D2C growth strategy across core categories Own SEO strategy and execution
• Own CRO and web operations Direct hands-on ownership of digital marketing execution: paid, organic, and CRM/email
• Own customer mix strategy - existing vs. new customer acquisition and retention as a core commercial KPI Partner with Product and Finance on commercial planning.
• Make commercial trade-off calls - discounting, content and development prioritisation, in-quarter budget allocation - based on performance data Lead and develop the D2C team Own D2C reporting, with direct accountability for delivering against commercial targets.

About you

You are a commercially astute, data-driven D2C Marketing leader with a passion for driving growth and managing a complex digital P&L. You possess exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across all business levels. 5-8 years in D2C/eCommerce with demonstrated P&L ownership - not campaign management alone Proven track record scaling a direct-to-consumer channel commercially, with clear revenue and margin outcomes Significant experience with paid digital acquisition strategies and conversion rate optimisation Advanced proficiency in analytical and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) Strong SEO and CRO/platform trading background - comfortable owning both from a standing start Effective leader and collaborator, with experience managing and coaching teams Data-driven - builds and interprets own reporting rather than waiting on it What's on offer?
