Digital Marketing Manager

Based on Sydney's Northern Beaches, this is a business with a strong performance-led culture and an entrepreneurial approach to how it operates.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you'll manage digital activity across campaigns, always-on activity and key brand priorities — working closely with brand, content, organic social, SEM, SEO, AI discovery, eDM, website, media agency and internal digital teams to keep everything moving, on strategy and on time.

Your remit will include:

• Supporting SEO and content strategies that improve visibility, ranking and discoverability across Google, AI-powered search, answer engines and emerging discovery platforms
• Delivering an omnichannel digital plan across website, SEO, content, Google Ads, organic social, eDM and Amazon content
• Coordinating website updates, landing pages, content requirements and campaign assets
• Briefing, reviewing and optimising Google Ads activity alongside media agency partners
• Optimising Amazon product content — titles, descriptions, imagery, A+ content and keyword alignment
• Managing organic social content strategy, including mentoring on planning, community engagement and performance review
• Reviewing performance across GA4, Google Ads, organic social, eDM and website, and translating data into clear, practical insight
• Running test-and-learn activity across creative, content, landing pages and audience targeting
• Managing timelines, briefs, approvals and stakeholder communication
• Ensuring accuracy, compliance and brand alignment across all digital activity

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field4+ years' digital marketing experience, ideally within health and wellness or a related industry
• Demonstrated people management experience
• Solid working knowledge of SEO, SEM, organic social, email marketing, content marketing and AI discovery channels
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams and external agency partners
• Good project management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, can-do attitude
• Proficient with GA4, GSC, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, email marketing platforms and CMS tools
• This is a full-time, in-office role based in Warriewood, on Sydney's Northern Beaches.
