Delivery Enablement LeadPermanentMelbourne or Sydney We’re looking for a Delivery Enablement Lead to help make that happen. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work alongside delivery teams, business leaders and stakeholders to improve the way work is planned, governed and delivered.

Rather than managing projects yourself, you’ll enable teams to deliver with greater confidence, predictability and focus on customer outcomes.

Partner with Agile squads, project teams and portfolio leaders to embed practical and consistent ways of working across Agile, project and product delivery environments.

Coach and support teams to apply Australian Unity’s Delivery Framework, helping them improve planning, delivery confidence and execution.

Challenge and validate delivery plans, identify risks early and help teams remove blockers before they impact delivery.

Support quarterly planning, dependency management and roadmap development to improve delivery flow across multiple initiatives.

Work closely with business sponsors, Product Owners and delivery leaders to strengthen collaboration and shift the focus from delivering tasks to delivering customer value.

Help design and establish new Agile teams and value streams, defining team missions, operating models and delivery cadences.

Contribute to the evolution of our enterprise delivery ecosystem across Portfolio Management, Product and Service Management and engineering practices.

About You

You’ll bring experience working across Agile, project and product delivery environments within a complex organisation, along with a practical understanding of what great delivery looks like in the real world. You’re comfortable coaching teams, influencing senior stakeholders and helping people adopt new ways of working without relying on authority.

You’re someone who enjoys working closely with delivery teams rather than observing from the sidelines.
You can translate strategy into practical actions, improve planning quality, strengthen delivery governance and help teams navigate ambiguity with confidence.
Experience designing Agile operating models, establishing value streams or supporting enterprise delivery transformations will be highly regarded, as will exposure to modern delivery tooling, automation or AI enabled delivery practices.
