Digital Marketing Manager

Digital Performance & CRM Manager — Bondi WashPaddington NSW · 3–5 daysBondi Wash is a premium Australian botanical home and personal care brand with a cult following, a growing international presence, and a small, close-knit team based in Paddington. We're looking for a performance-focused digital specialist to own paid media, CRM and analytics.

This is a hands-on execution role for someone who moves fast, understands good content, and cares about design. A great next step for someone in agency looking to move in-house with direct ownership in a fast growing small team.

What you'll be doing

• Paid Media
• Own and optimise paid activity across Meta, Google and Pinterest — campaign setup, audience logic, budget pacing and ongoing ROAS/CAC performance
• Brief and coordinate digital creative assets; test variations and feed learnings back into the creative process
• Partner with our paid media agency on strategy, reporting and execution
• Basic graphic design skills and eye for design ideal
• CRM & Lifecycle Marketing
• Writing and designing email campaigns on a weekly basis
• Build, automate and optimise Klaviyo flows
• Own segmentation logic and campaign scheduling
• Take on and uplift our existing CRM and EDM technical delivery
• Analytics & Data
• Monitor and report on campaign, channel and CRM performance with clear, useful commentary — not just dashboards, high-level thinking
• Own UTM governance, attribution logic and reporting integrity across Triple Whale, GA4 and Klaviyo
• Lead experimentation with AI-enabled marketing tools

What we're looking for

• 3–5 years hands-on in performance marketing, CRM or ecommerce
• Strong design eye, understanding of luxury branding
• Deep working knowledge of Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and GA4Confident use of AI tools to work faster and smarter
• Excellent writing skills
• Calm, detail-oriented, and high-standards about execution
• Someone who thrives in a small team where you own your work end to end
