Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy & Brand Management

• Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify new opportunities.
• Develop annual marketing plans, budgets, and campaign roadmaps.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital and offline touchpoints.
• Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative marketing strategies.
• Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, email, SEO, SEM, and other digital platforms.
• Manage paid advertising budgets and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and customer acquisition.
• Lead content marketing, social media, email marketing, lead generation, and marketing automation initiatives.
• Improve website traffic, conversion rates, customer engagement, and retention through data-driven optimization.
• Conduct A/B testing and campaign performance analysis to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Monitor marketing KPIs and prepare performance reports for senior management.
• Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, and Business Development teams to execute integrated marketing initiatives.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and marketing vendors.
• Present marketing strategies, campaign performance, and growth opportunities to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.5+ years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Growth Marketing, or related roles.
• Proven experience developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
