Job Description

As the Manager, Digital Marketing for Asia Pacific, you will play a pivotal role in delivering our regional digital strategy, optimising our digital platforms, and driving market-leading experiences for our clients and people. Based in Sydney, you will act as a champion for digital innovation, providing guidance and best-practice support to marketing teams across the APAC region.

Partner with the Director, Digital Marketing APAC to drive regional digital strategy, technology solutions, and website optimisation, including the Colliers.com upgrade to Sitecore AI.Implement regional search strategies (SEO) and manage a streamlined approach to paid media and social channels to generate leads and elevate brand visibility.

Collaborate on cross-channel digital campaigns, balancing organic and paid social approaches while acting as regional brand custodian. Optimise marketing automation and lead management pipelines, ensuring seamless, compliant client journeys and effective sales follow-up. Establish an integrated measurement framework, translating digital engagement data into actionable insights for senior business stakeholders.

Lead the adoption of emerging technologies and AI tools to automate workflows, scale productivity, and champion digital best practices across APAC markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience delivering integrated digital marketing campaigns with measurable results.
• Deep understanding of the global digital landscape, including web design (UX/UI), SEO, content management systems, and social media platforms.
• Proven ability to analyse web data, turning complex performance metrics into clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience supporting marketing automation workflows, digital lead management, and digital governance or compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity and automate repetitive marketing workflows.
• Proactive mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.
