Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy & Brand Management
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
• Strengthen brand positioning, awareness, and customer engagement across multiple markets.
• Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify new growth opportunities.
• Develop annual marketing plans, budgets, and performance objectives.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
• Digital Marketing & Performance
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, email, SEO, SEM, and other digital platforms.
• Manage paid media strategies, advertising budgets, and campaign performance to maximize ROI.Lead initiatives in content marketing, social media, email marketing, lead generation, and marketing automation.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize strategies based on KPIs.
• Improve website traffic, customer acquisition, conversion rates, and retention through data-driven optimization.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
• Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and Business Development teams to execute integrated marketing initiatives.
• Manage relationships with creative agencies, media partners, and external vendors.
• Present marketing strategies, campaign performance, and business insights to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement through innovation, experimentation, and performance analysis.✅

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.5+ years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, Brand Management, or related roles.
• Proven experience leading successful marketing strategies and multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and stakeholder management abilities.
