We work with some of the most influential names in AI, including projects with OpenAI and Anthropic, alongside a broader portfolio of B2B and B2C clients who want to do marketing properly. We're a small, senior team that moves fast, thinks ahead, and holds ourselves to a high standard.

We're growing, and we're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join us.

The role

As a Digital Marketing Manager at Resonant360, you're the connective tissue between client ambition and delivered outcomes. You bring deep marketing technology knowledge across platforms, not just one, combined with the consultancy skills to understand what a client actually needs, design the right solution, and see it through to delivery.

This isn't a pure project management role. We want someone who can genuinely contribute to how we think about and solve client problems: someone who understands marketing, knows their way around the tech stack, and can hold a credible conversation with a CMO and a developer in the same afternoon.

You'll own a portfolio of engagements spanning MarTech implementations, AI-powered marketing solutions, and broader marketing operations work, including projects with some of the most forward-thinking organisations in the industry.

What you'll do

• Marketing Automation: Deliver and build new automated program capabilities across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app communications.
• Platform Implementation: Configure and deploy marketing technology solutions across Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next (Agentforce Marketing) and Data360, owning the build end-to-end.
• Data and Segmentation: Build and manage audience segments, data extensions, and personalisation frameworks that power smarter, more targeted marketing.
• Campaign Architecture: Design and build scalable campaign structures that support complex, multi-channel customer journeys.AI Integration: Work with our AI practice to embed OpenAI and Anthropic capabilities into marketing workflows and client solutions, contributing real expertise rather than just coordinating.
• Client Solutions: Partner with clients to translate marketing goals into clear, deliverable solutions, then own them through to launch and beyond.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve what we build and how we build it, for clients and for Resonant360 internally.
• Pre-sales Support: Contribute to scoping and proposals, helping shape what we take on and how we price it.
• What were looking for Must haves4+ years working in marketing technology, marketing operations, or a similar client-facing consultancy role
• Hands-on experience across multiple marketing technology platforms: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, Klaviyo, Data Cloud 360, or similar.
• We care more about breadth and depth than one specific platform
• A genuine understanding of marketing: how campaigns work, how audiences are built, how data drives decisions, what good looks like
• Strong client communication skills: you can present to senior stakeholders, navigate complexity, and turn ambiguity into a clear path forward
• Comfortable owning engagements end-to-end and keeping delivery on track without being defined by a project management title
• Curious about AI and how it's reshaping marketing, ideally with some real exposure to AI tools or platforms
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and follows through without being chased

• Background in a consulting or agency environment
