Aqua Sculpt™ is a premium, Australian-owned global floating wellness business offering unique, on-water experiences, all performed on our Aqua Sculpt™ floating platform. We are redefining how travellers move, rest, and reconnect through water and transforming luxury hotel pools into a floating wellness studio.

About The Role

As Aqua Sculpt™ continues to expand across Australia and Indonesia we are seeking a creative, strategic and hands-on Content & Social Media Manager to lead our content ecosystem and drive growth across our social media platforms. Working closely with the Founder, luxury hotel partners and licensees, you will be responsible for planning, creating and managing content that brings the Aqua Sculpt brand to life.

Unlike a traditional content role, this position will see you travelling to luxury hotels, wellness retreats and launch events across Australia and internationally. One week you may be capturing content at a five-star tropical resort, the next you'll be attending a new hotel launch, interviewing guests poolside or creating behind-the-scenes content alongside the Founder.

From luxury hotel partnerships and floating wellness experiences to customer transformations, retreats and founder stories, you'll play a key role in shaping how Aqua Sculpt is experienced online as we continue to scale nationally and internationally ensuring every piece of content reflects our premium positioning while supporting audience growth, engagement and bookings.

This is a highly creative role that combines content creation, content strategy, storytelling and social media management. You'll be equally comfortable building a month's worth of content strategy as you are filming content poolside at a luxury hotel, attending photoshoots, interviewing customers or jumping on a trend at the right moment.

You’ll Be Perfect If You're…A natural content creator who is equal parts creative and strategic. You understand what makes people stop scrolling, save, share and book.

Live and breathe social media, stay ahead of trends and know how to adapt content for TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn rather than simply reposting the same content everywhere.

Confident capturing content in real-world environments, working with talent, hotel partners and clients, and can quickly turn footage into engaging, platform-specific content.

Highly organised, comfortable working independently and excited by the opportunity to help build a fast-growing startup brand.

Skills & Experience

Required

• 3+ years creating content for brands and businesses
• Demonstrated success creating engaging content for TikTok and Instagram
• Strong video editing skills using modern video editing platforms
• Experience using Canva and AI-powered content creation tools
• Experience planning and managing content calendars
• Understanding of social media analytics, trends and platform algorithms
• Desirable but not mandatory:
• Experience creating LinkedIn content desirable
• Experience with EDM Marketing
• Experience within a startup or fast paced environment highly regarded
• Experience in luxury hospitality, wellness, travel or lifestyle brands advantageous
