Senior Marketing Manager

Invested Talent is proud to partner with a rapidly growing, global business operating in the financial services sector. The business is scaling its growth function and looking for a senior, hands-on marketer to lead acquisition across paid, partnerships and organic channels.

This is a Senior Marketing role reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, with a clear mandate to own multi-channel acquisition and build out a partnerships/affiliate function from the ground up.

What you'll be doing

• Owning and executing growth strategy across paid digital, affiliate/partnerships and SEODriving acquisition with a clear focus on commercial metrics
• Building and scaling a partnerships and affiliate channel
• Running structured testing and optimisation across landing pages, creative and user journeys
• Partnering with Product and Design on broader business initiatives
• Reporting into senior leadership with visibility on commercial outcomes

What you'll bring

• 7-10+ years in marketing, with strong depth in performance/acquisition channels
• A broad skillset, as well as channel literacy with real depth in paid and partnerships
• Experience in subscription, platform or financial services environments
• Strong analytical capability and a commercial, outcomes-driven mindset
• Comfortable building a channel with limited existing infrastructure
