Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Marketing Campaign Execution: Plan and execute digital marketing activities, including search engine advertising, social media ads, and display ads, ensuring effective implementation of marketing strategies to enhance brand exposure and user conversion.
• Short Video and Live Streaming Operations: Oversee the planning, production, and publication of brand short video content, coordinating the planning and execution of live streaming events to ensure content aligns with the brand tone and attracts target audience participation.
• Social Media Platform Management: Manage the daily operations of the brand on major social media platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), writing and publishing creative content to enhance fan engagement and increase brand influence.
• Data Analysis and Optimization: Analyze advertising data, live interaction data, short video playback data, and other metrics to optimize content strategies and promotion methods, continually improving digital marketing effectiveness and ROI (return on investment).SEO and SEM Optimization: Perform search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) to improve the natural ranking and click-through rates of the company’s website and related content in search engines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, advertising, e-commerce, media, or related fields.
• Fluent in English communication.3 years or more of experience in digital marketing or new media operations, with preference given to those with short video planning and live streaming experience.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms, especially Ins, TikTok, and YouTube, with the ability to grasp the latest social media trends and hot topics.
• Excellent content creation and planning skills, capable of independently completing short video and live streaming script planning, with creative thinking and storytelling abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis and tool usage, able to effectively use Google Analytics, advertising platforms, and short video/live streaming analysis tools to evaluate activity effectiveness and provide optimization suggestions.
