About the Role

We are actively seeking skilled Senior Business/Financial Analysts to take on a pivotal role in delivering high-quality analytics for our projects and client engagements specifically within financial services.

As part of our collaborative consulting team, you’ll engage in a variety of accounting and consulting activities, all while making a real impact on the financial health of clients in the aged care and disability sectors.

• Senior Business/Financial Analyst Role
• Building and developing financial models, performing analysis, and presenting findings for clients
• Conducting data analysis, reconciliations, and reporting to generate strategic insights
• Applying professional skepticism to ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial and operational analysis
• Communicating with clients and stakeholders throughout project lifecycles
• Supporting project delivery, collaborating closely with senior leadership and clients
• Driving the use of AI technologies to improve efficiency in analysis, forecasting, and reporting, embedding automation and intelligence into business processes
• Support and supervise junior team members while ensuring project deadlines and budgets are met.
• What We’re Looking For3-5 years of experience in financial or data analysis, consulting, statistics, or a related role
• Experience in consulting or professional services, particularly in the aged care industry, is highly regarded
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships while managing multiple projects
• Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint & BI skills
• AI and machine learning experience to identify patterns, forecast trends, and support data-driven strategic recommendations.
