What you'll be doing

Shape the future of social, content and creative across our ANZ healthcare portfolio, partnering with agencies, creators and internal teams to deliver work that builds brands and drives growth.

Bring new thinking to create sharp, channel-native content for Meta, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms.

Lift the quality of creative development, from stronger briefs to smarter delivery with agencies, creators and internal teams.

Improve the way great creative gets made, driving better processes, sharper outputs and more effective social content.

Drive eCommerce and retail media excellence as part of a shared Digital & Media team capability, improving performance with key customer partners.

Turn insights into action to optimise performance, sharpen investment and improve ROI.Build digital confidence across the business through coaching, guidance and best practice.

This role reports to the Digital & Media Director, ANZ.What you’ll bringExperience in digital, social, content, creative or eCommerce marketing, ideally within FMCG, consumer healthcare, pharmacy or grocery.

Excellence in social media, content and creative capability across paid and organic channels.

Hands-on eCommerce and retail media experience.

Commercial acumen and a data-led approach to decision making.

Experience managing agencies and delivering high-quality creative assets.

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Curiosity, initiative and a passion for staying ahead of digital trends.
